CYP LOWER – Marvellous Milkshakes in Little Cypress!
Oliver’s Milkshake The week started off on a delicious note when we made milkshakes, following listening to the story of ‘Oliver’s Milkshake’.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. On Monday, our Year 2 choir sang their hearts out at our Academy concert at Whitehorse Junior School.
What a week we have had in Reception! We started the week with a trip to Godstone Farm.
Fabulous Fruit! What a fantastic week we have had in Little Cypress, learning all about different types of fruit.
As part of our topic this term, “Beastly Beasties,” the Reception children at Beulah had an unforgettable day with a special visit from Zoolab!
During the last week of May, we had a Science week in Gold Class.

Oliver’s Vegetables We have had a fun filled week in Little Cypress, learning all about the vegetables from the story: ‘Oliver’s Vegetables’.
In our last week of the Summer 1 term, Red Class wowed parents and carers with a fantastic assembly that brought their favourite story, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, to life!
Celebrating Crystal Palace’s FA Cup Glory! Little Cypress was a sea of blue and red in celebration of our local team’s historic win over Manchester City in the FA Cup Final this month!
Phonics: Our initial sound in Phonics this week has been ‘V’.
What a week we have had in Reception! The children have dazzled us with their creativity and superb writing skills.
Yellow Class put on a fantastic assembly where they retold and acted out their favourite fairy-tale, A Squash and A Squeeze, with great enthusiasm and creativity.
In Gold class, we are learning about different vehicles, as this term is our “Wheels on the Bus” topic.
