Extended Services and Activity Clubs
‘Extended services’ is the name used in education to describe clubs and activities that take place outside of normal school hours. Schools within The Pegasus Academy Trust support working parents through ‘wraparound care’ (please click for breakfast and after school club care) and consider the development of the whole child through extra curricular ‘activity’ clubs to be very important. To this end the Trust has a whole team within the Trust dedicated to extended services.

Suzanne Christopher, our Extended Services Leader, organises after school clubs, holiday activites and special events. She can be contacted, by text – 07504 810956 or by email schristopher@pegasusacademytrust.org
Schools within the Trust have a huge variety of activity clubs such as archery, fencing, team sports, tag rugby, ballet, steel pans, performing arts, martial arts, forest club, magic & balloon club and textiles and sewing, to name but a few.
The process for applying for clubs is organised by Suzanne Christopher and your child will get a letter informing you about which clubs will be offered and to which year groups. All clubs must be booked and paid for in advance.
Booking for activities, via ‘MagicBooking’
The Pegasus Academy Trust uses ‘MagicBooking’ for all services that require payments. Go to –
If any parent is having difficulty booking please contact Suzanne Christopher directly by text or email.
Parents/carers will need to pass on their emails to the school office so that we can generate a login for your account.
You will need to make an online payment only if you wish your child to take part in an activity club, through the “Magicbooking” service. Once payment has been received your child will get a place on an activity – if there are enough spaces available. Our advice is to book a club as soon as it becomes live, as our activity clubs are popular and spaces are limited. Clubs run for six weeks or ten sessions each term depending on public holiday and training days.
Indicative costs are about £34 for a set of six sessions and less if your child is entitled to remission as per our policy.
On the day that clubs go ‘live’ for booking you will need to already have registered and then login to book a club.
Please go on to magic booking service at the allocated time, on the day advised- if you cannot see the the options – you will need to log back in – do not refresh the page.
