Busy Bees We truly are busy bees in Little Cypress and the weeks seem to be flying by! 

Diwali Drama and Dance We are fast approaching Diwali, the Hindu Festival of Light, which is celebrated this year on 8th November.

Hello from Cypress! It has been a very busy couple of weeks full of trips, school elections and fundraising. 

To support our learning in geography for this term, we visited our local park, South Norwood Lake! 

This year, the theme for National Poetry Day was ‘wonder’. We launched the day by watching some inspirational videos of young laureates from all over UK sharing their poems inspired by that theme.

What a fantastic start to the term! Our Reception children have had a brilliant couple of weeks settling into school life, making new friends and getting to grips with our daily rules and routines.

We have reached the end of the school year at Cypress and are incredibly proud of everything all our children have achieved.

As we head towards our final week of the Summer Term at Cypress, it has been another action-packed week with lots of trips and events taking place.

Year 6 have had a fantastic three days on their residential trip to Cobnor. 

On Friday, we held our annual Sports Day at Cypress Lower. 

We have had a very busy week at Cypress with school trips, productions and Sports events taking place.
