News Cypress Primary School

Last Friday and this week, our Year 2 classes enjoyed visiting the Centre for Wildlife Gardening in East Dulwich.

May Days Once again we have had a fun-packed week in Nursery and Rainbows, despite it being a short one, following the May bank holiday on Monday.

At the Upper School this week, we have marked David Attenborough’s 100th birthday with a special assembly celebrating his life and work.

Year 3 pupils enjoyed an inspiring visit from children’s author Terrie Chilvers this week.

Yesterday, we celebrated  Earth Day– a day that reminds us why our planet is so special.

What a fantastic start back after the Easter holiday! The children returned refreshed, full of energy, and ready to learn.

Welcome Back! How wonderful it was to welcome the Rainbow and Nursery children back to Little Cypress this week!

We have enjoyed welcoming back all our children and families back this week. 

Spring has arrived in bursts of sunshine, brightening our days and warming the air at Cypress.

Cress Sandwiches Our cress mountain grew so quickly last week and when we came back to school on Monday, we had a veritable jungle on our hands!

What a fun-packed week we have had in Little Cypress! We have been very keen to make cards by cutting and sticking and writing messages to our friends.
