CYP – Celebrating A Successful Year
It is hard to believe we have come to the end of another academic year.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. As we approach the last week before the summer holidays, we have had another busy and successful time at Cypress with lots of trips and events taking place.
Year 3 had the exciting opportunity to visit the London Wetlands Centre.
Thanks to the Upper School children’s dedication to gardening, the school garden has delivered a bumper harvest this year.
This week has been very hot and sunny making the learning conditions in school challenging.
As part of their Thematic learning on Crime and Punishment, Year 5 embarked on an unforgettable trip to the Tower of London.
This week, Year 3 had the exciting opportunity to make a Stone Age stew!
It has been another packed week at Cypress with concerts, trips and Croydon Sports all taking place.
Fair Play We have had a fun and creative week in Little Cypress, making decorations for the Summer Fair.
On Monday 23rd June at the Whitehorse Manor Junior School hall, 16 nervous, excited finalists took to the stage for the first ever Spelling Bee at the Trust.
Last week at Cypress, the sun shone bright and the spirit of friendly competition was even brighter, as we enjoyed not one, but two fantastic Sports Days!
