BINF – What a Wonderful Week In Yellow Class!
In yellow class, it has been an exciting adventure this week with our learning as we used our writing, creativity, maths, and imagination skills in some delightful activities.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. In Reception this week, we read the book, ‘Peepo’ by Janet and Allan Ahlberg.
This term in Reception, we had an exciting visit from a scientist named Professor Bubbleworks!
Early this morning, before the crowds appeared, we took a walk around our Beulah Museum.
It has been a fun week in Reception and the children have been busy working hard.
This week in Reception, all of the children turned into scientists!
The topic for this half-term in Reception is ‘Watch out—there’s a monster about!’
Last week, all of the reception children performed in their Christmas Concert.
Harrisons did us proud with our Christmas lunch! The children enjoyed special Christmas table settings, a lovely Christmas lunch and some Christmas music!
Reception at Cypress Lower have been working very hard over the last few weeks to prepare for their ‘Wriggly Nativity’.
Christmas, Christmas, Christmas is the theme in Nursery this week. We have been very busy practising our Christmas songs ahead of our classroom performance on Monday 16th December as well as making some props for display.
This week in Reception, the children learned about the Nativity. They discovered that people who follow the Christian religion celebrate Christmas because of the birth of Jesus Christ.
We are very proud to announce that Miss Chapman, Deputy Head of School, is part of a Department for Education campaign to promote careers in the Early Years.
This week in Reception, the children have been busy exploring our amazing world.
