BINF- Celebrating Success -ESOL course for Parents
This year’s ESOL course, for our parents, concluded on Tuesday. The course is run by CALAT but takes place in our school, over two terms.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. This week we took part in our annual sports day event!
The Wizard of Oz simply sparkled This week has seen the children in Years 5 and 6 perform their rendition of the ever popular, Wizard of Oz.
1st Aid training comes to Atwood In a recent School Council meeting, some of the children wished for 1st Aid training.
What a way to close off an amazing musical year! The choirs from both Cypress and Ecclesbourne joined forces last Wednesday to perform as the ‘Pegasus Academy Choir’ at the Schools Concert in Crystal Palace Park.
Today a team of Year 4 children put their best foot forward at the Platform Cricket tournament.

This week in Whole Class Reading we have been reading Too Small Tola by Atinuke.

Camp Atwood update I am writing in my office having had a super day with Year 4 at the ever popular ‘Camp Atwood’, before popping back out on the field to sleep in my tent.

This morning, the children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 had a lovely time showing off their sporting talents and taking part in friendly competition.
This week, reception had a lot of fun visiting Crystal Palace Park Farm!
The children in the Gold class had a lovely time going to the park for some outdoor learning.
