In the last week of half term, Yellow Class had a busy week of learning lots of new things! We learnt all about Mary Seacole for Black History Month and the children even got to make their own ‘medicine’. We have also started to learn all about the Numberblock 5 and the composition of 5. Yellow class also learnt that we have 4 different seasons during the year and in order to learn more about the current autumn season we read the book ‘The Leaf Thief’. We really enjoyed the book and wanted to know more about autumn so, we went on an autumn walk around the school to see what we could find; it was so much fun! ‘You chose’ was another book we focused on and we now know how to use the word ‘perhaps’.
