Little Ecclesbourne welcomes feathery visitors
Today Little Ecclesbourne welcomed some feathery visitors and asked lots of questions to find out even more about the owls and hawk.
We are looking to appoint newly qualified and experienced teachers across The Pegasus Academy Trust.

Year 2 have loved their DT project all about muffins. In science we have been learning about eating a balanced diet and thought that by adding fruit or vegetables to our muffins they would become more balanced.
Our Year 1 classes had a fantastic time this week, visiting Thornton Heath Recreational Ground and looking for geographical features on the way.
Our three Year 1 classes visited the park this week, as part of their thematic learning about geographical features in the local area.
Today, we celebrated our Harvest Assembly with many of our parents.
Over the last 2 weeks in Gold class we have been reading the story ‘Peace at Last’ by Jill Murphy.
This week we have been celebrating the festival of Harvest and special assemblies have taken place at both the Upper and Lower School.

We had two fabulous Harvest assemblies this week! Well done to the year 1 and 2 children who sang so beautifully in their Harvest assemblies.
Whitehorse Infants would like to introduce this year’s Eco Friends! They have made a great start by completing an Environmental Review of the school to look at what areas we are doing well in and what areas we can improve.
On Tuesday afternoon, Year 1 walked to Sanderstead Recreation to discover human and physical features in their local area.
It was simply delightful to meet the newly elected members of year 6 School Council 24-25.
