This week is Science Week and we have been exploring the theme of ‘curiosity‘ to find out about more about areas of science we are interested in.

This week in Reception, the children have been continuing their learning around our ‘Once Upon a Time’ topic. 

Yellow Class have had such a fun, hands-on week working as real scientists for Science Week!

Wow, what a completely amazing Science Week we have had! Every single classroom turned into a busy little laboratory, and our wonderful children had the best time being real scientists.

After months of incredible dedication, focus and hard work, our wonderful Year 6 students have officially finished their SATs!

Superstar Writers! In Little Cypress, and especially in Nursery, we have been noticing that the children have been really interested in writing.

We have been learning all about trains this week. We have read the story “train ride” a book that is all about the view from a train window.

In literacy these last two week we used Jack and the Beanstalk as part of our learning.

Continuing with our transport topic, this week we have been reading the story book ‘The Train Ride’ by June Crebbin.
