Fun in the Sun in Little Cypress What a fabulous week of fun and sun we have had!

We’ve had so much fun in Nursery this week. A big shout out to our amazing caretakers John and Alex who made us a new gravel pit!

It has been a busy week with lots of exciting learning happening.

At the Upper School this week, we have been focusing on our Pegasus Value “We strive to be independent learners“.

What a magical week we’ve had in Reception as we continued our ‘Once Upon a Time…’ topic, focusing on the much-loved tale of Jack and the Beanstalk!

Year 3 pupils enjoyed an inspiring visit from children’s author Terrie Chilvers this week.

Year 2 have immersed themselves in Ted Hughes’s book ‘The Iron Man’ since their return from the Easter break.

Yesterday, we celebrated  Earth Day– a day that reminds us why our planet is so special.

On Monday, Year 1 had a fantastic time taking part in an African dance workshop.

Since the start of the year, our UKS2 students have been bridging the generation gap every Monday morning.

What a fantastic start back after the Easter holiday! The children returned refreshed, full of energy, and ready to learn.

It was lovely to see all the children again and hear all about what they have been doing during the Easter break.

Welcome Back! How wonderful it was to welcome the Rainbow and Nursery children back to Little Cypress this week!
