Last Thursday, our Brigstock site hosted Emergency Life Support training organised by the Thornton Heath Business and Community Action group. Twenty members of the public signed up to attend the session delivered by a volunteer from the London Ambulance service. The training course included basic emergency first aid and the use of defibrillators. All Pegasus schools now have defibrillators on our railings in case of an emergency in the community and it is wonderful to know that a group of locals now feel more empowered to use them!
