Christmas Fun in Little Cypress! We have started to ramp up the Christmas fun in Little Cypress this week!
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. It’s that time of year again when sleigh bells can be heard just around the corner.
The Gingerbread Man We have immersed ourselves in the story of ‘The Gingerbread Man’ this week and have read numerous different versions of the story.
What a busy, busy ‘b’ filled week we have had in Little Cypress!
On Tuesday, Gold class had a special visit from an Oral Health practitioner from King’s College.
This week in nursery, our learning of 2D shapes continued and we focused on Squares.
Lest We Forget We started the week by remembering Armistice Day on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month.

A new half term comes with lots of educational learning both from within the classroom and out in our Forest School.
Autumnal Learning This time of year offers up a plethora of learning opportunities with all the changes in nature, as well as special events such as Diwali, Halloween, Bonfire Night and Remembrance.
Despite the colder weather, Little Ecclesbourne children love nothing more than learning outside.

Autumn 1 – Done! It doesn’t seem possible that we have completed our first half term with our Rainbow and Nursery children!
Beulah celebrated all things about poetry during National Poetry Week. The theme this year was ‘Counting’.
