CYPRESS: Leading with Kindness
This week, at the Upper School we have been thinking about the various roles we play in different situations, especially during our social interactions on the playground.
For those parents who will be applying for a reception place for their child for September 2026 we have arranged a series of visits so that they can look around the schools with senior staff.
If you wish to view a school please see here for the available dates. Obviously we have to limit numbers so only parents/carers who have booked will be able to attend.

Day 2 of our Year 6 camping adventure has been packed full of excitement, challenge and personal triumphs!
On Tuesday 3rd June, Year 5 students at Whitehorse Manor Junior School entered the building with confusion!
We all arrived safely at Cuffley and jumped straight into an action-packed first day!
In our last week of the Summer 1 term, Red Class wowed parents and carers with a fantastic assembly that brought their favourite story, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, to life!
Yellow Class put on a fantastic assembly where they retold and acted out their favourite fairy-tale, A Squash and A Squeeze, with great enthusiasm and creativity.
In Gold class, we are learning about different vehicles, as this term is our “Wheels on the Bus” topic.
Whitehorse Juniors had the pleasure of a visit from the Bikeability Company yesterday and today.
Today in school, Yellow Class had an exciting afternoon playing with water on the field!
This week marked an exciting start for Yellow Class as we returned from the Easter break diving into our new topic: ‘Traditional Tales’, or better known as ‘Fairy Tales’.
As the Easter break approaches, Yellow Class bid farewell to their exciting topic, “People Who Help Us” and their class role play “Pizza Restaurant”.
World Maths Day was an exciting and action-packed celebration, filled with engaging activities that brought out the best in both students and staff.
Last week, our children came into school wearing their finest party clothes in order to raise money for others.
