CYP Lower-Lost in a toy museum!
Our YR1 classes would like to say a HUGE Thank you to Mrs Jenkins, who embarked us yesterday on a journey back in time… The children were so excited to learn about the old toys.
For those parents who will be applying for a reception place for their child for September 2026 we have arranged a series of visits so that they can look around the schools with senior staff.
If you wish to view a school please see here for the available dates. Obviously we have to limit numbers so only parents/carers who have booked will be able to attend.

Last week, all of the reception children performed in their Christmas Concert.
We have been feeling very festive at Cypress Upper this week.
On Tuesday, Gold class performed Christmas songs to their parents. This was an amazing achievement because the children had learnt most of the songs in less than a month!

On Tuesday, Gold class had a special visit from an Oral Health practitioner from King’s College.

This week, EPS took part in a national times tables competition set up by Times Table Rock Stars called England Rocks!
On Wednesday 13th November, the children and staff at Whitehorse Manor Junior School celebrated the meaning of RESPECT for our individuality and expressed this through wearing ‘odd socks’.
As the first term continues, we are continuing to embark on an incredible journey of learning and creativity!

Recently, Year 6 have been learning about the impact the famous suffragist ‘Emmeline Pankhurst’ had in helping women win equal voting rights to men in the UK.
Beulah celebrated all things about poetry during National Poetry Week. The theme this year was ‘Counting’.
