Cypress Upper: Sports Day 2025!
Last week at Cypress, the sun shone bright and the spirit of friendly competition was even brighter, as we enjoyed not one, but two fantastic Sports Days!
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. At the Lower School this week, we have been thinking about ‘Zones of Regulation’ and how we manage our emotions.
On Wednesday 19th June, our Year 6 pupils enjoyed a fantastic and well-deserved day out at the O2 in Greenwich—a celebration of their hard work, achievements, and the end of their primary school journey.
We had a fantastic day celebrating poetry and we couldn’t be prouder of our children!
This week, at the Upper School we have been thinking about the various roles we play in different situations, especially during our social interactions on the playground.
We are happy to be back and learning at Cypress Upper!
World Maths Day was an exciting and action-packed celebration, filled with engaging activities that brought out the best in both students and staff.
Cypress School choir shone brightly at the CSMA Junior Festival – Annual Festival of Music, themed United in Song.
This week at the Lower School, we have finished learning about empathy.

Last week, all the children at Ecclesbourne Primary School participated in the NSPCC’s Speak Out, Stay Safe programme.
