BINF- EYFS Showtime!
Gold, Red and Yellow classes have been working really hard over the last few weeks on perfecting their Christmas performances and completing various Christmas craft activities.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. Our KS1 classes delivered two wonderful performances of the production ‘Lights, Camel, Action’ last week to very packed and appreciative audiences.
We were very excited to have one of our parents come into school to read a familiar story to our children in her home language.
This week all of the children at Whitehorse Infants proudly sang their hearts out in their Christmas Concerts.
This week Reception have been looking at the story ‘Polly Jean Pyjama Queen’ by the author Steve Webb.
Today at Atwood some of our youngest members amazed family and friends with their brilliant Christmas Concert.
Christmas is fast approaching and Reception have been getting into the Christmas spirit by taking part in lots of exciting crafty activities.
Today at Atwood all of the children in the Early Years enjoyed making lots of Christmas crafts with family and friends.
At Ecclesbourne, we were delighted to welcome parents and carers to our first reading cafe of the year this week!
On Tuesday, we had another very successful parent coffee morning. This time we invited Barbara Allen from our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) to come in and explain to our parents/carers what support they offer.
At Beulah Infants, reading is always a top priority both in school and at home!
This week, we have had our ‘Road Safety Week’ at Beulah.
What a busy start to the term! In Gold class, we are learning all about colours.
Year 2 have been learning about the Tudors and Henry VIII.
We have had a very empowering week this week because we have taken part in the Anti-Bullying week which has included celebrating ‘friendship’.
