Last week, the children at Beulah were very busy making crowns and flags for our Jubilee celebrations on Thursday. We started the day with a special assembly looking at what a Platinum Jubilee is about. Then we went back in time to look at some of the different events in the life of Queen Elizabeth. The assembly was great fun because we all wearing red, white or blue and we waved our flags and wore our crowns. Harrison’s served a lovely Jubilee picnic lunch (inside because of the rain) and the nursery had a lovely picnic lunch on Friday. Year groups and classes have also made congratulation cards to send to the Queen- we really hope she likes them! Yellow class wrote lovely messages in their card and one child even asked if they could come to her house which made us all smile!
