All through the week we have been celebrating ‘all things poetry’ in preparation for National Poetry Day. During reading time, the children have been sharing lots of different poems and have been learning a poem about this year’s theme, ‘Refuge’. Today we came together to perform our poems in front of the school and we invited our families in to watch. A huge well done to all the children for their amazing performances.
