CYP – Celebrating A Successful Year
It is hard to believe we have come to the end of another academic year.
For those parents who will be applying for a reception place for their child for September 2026 we have arranged a series of visits so that they can look around the schools with senior staff.
If you wish to view a school please see here for the available dates. Obviously we have to limit numbers so only parents/carers who have booked will be able to attend.
It is hard to believe we have come to the end of another academic year.
After a year of hard work, dedication and personal growth, it was time to let loose and have some well-earned fun – and that’s exactly what we did at the Year 6 Leavers’ Disco!
Dear Parents and Carers, As another busy year draws to a close, we take a moment to reflect on the many people who have supported us and made learning at Cypress both meaningful and fun.
Year 6 had a fantastic opportunity to visit Eversheds Sutherland, a leading law firm in central London.
Thanks to the Upper School children’s dedication to gardening, the school garden has delivered a bumper harvest this year.
Last week at Cypress, the sun shone bright and the spirit of friendly competition was even brighter, as we enjoyed not one, but two fantastic Sports Days!
At the Lower School this week, we have been thinking about ‘Zones of Regulation’ and how we manage our emotions.
On Wednesday 19th June, our Year 6 pupils enjoyed a fantastic and well-deserved day out at the O2 in Greenwich—a celebration of their hard work, achievements, and the end of their primary school journey.
We had a fantastic day celebrating poetry and we couldn’t be prouder of our children!
The final day was packed with fun-filled activities! Over the past few days, our Pegasus pupils have overcome many challenges.
This week, at the Upper School we have been thinking about the various roles we play in different situations, especially during our social interactions on the playground.
Day 2 of our Year 6 camping adventure has been packed full of excitement, challenge and personal triumphs!
We all arrived safely at Cuffley and jumped straight into an action-packed first day!
Our Pegasus camping trip is fast approaching and the children are really excited for the adventure ahead!
At Ecclesbourne today, some of our Year 6 and one of our Year 5 pupils took part in the UK Maths Trust’s Junior Mathematical Challenge.
