Our three Year 2 classes have visited Croydon Mosque and Islamic Centre this week, as part of their RE learning about different faiths and their places of worship. We were given a warm welcome by Imam Inaam-ul-haq Malik, who gave us a thorough tour of the Mosque. We learned about the main features in the Mosque and what the five pillars of Islam are. Our children were really enthused and had lots of questions to ask about Muslim beliefs and worship.
