BINF – Book Week Launch 2024!
Yesterday, Mrs Schoeffer launched our book week with a very exciting assembly.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. Rainy days We have had rather a soggy week in Little Cypress with lots of rain and grey skies.
This week, in nursery we have continued to read “Willbee the Bumblebee” and have made lots of bumblebees with different media.
It was lovely to see so many of our nursery parents and carers join us this week for our termly reading cafe.
Mathematicians in the making! In Little Cypress we have settled straight back in to the routines after our half-term break.
In Reception this week, we have started our new topic “To the rescue!”
This week has been a very busy week celebrating amazing achievements over this half term!
As many of you will know, at Pegasus we organise the teaching of history, geography, DT and art within themes under the umbrella term of the ‘Thematic Curriculum’.
Red and Yellow class had a very exciting morning because their families came into their ‘Monster’ Museum.
This morning we welcomed crowds of Parents and Carers into Beulah Infants for our Museum Day.
We have had a short but fun-packed half-term here in Little Cypress and the staff have all been so impressed with how the children are developing their independence.
This week in the early years we have been learning all about the celebration of the Lunar New Year.
Kung Hei Fat Choy! Little Cypress has been a sea of red and gold this week as we continue to learn about and celebrate Chinese New Year.
Chinese New Year It’s been a colourful and exciting week in Little Cypress!
It has been a very exciting first two weeks of the Spring term in Gold class.
