WHINF – RE Workshop
This week year 2 had a visit from Nabhi who engaged us in a wonderful workshop about the Hindu festival Diwali.

This week year 2 had a visit from Nabhi who engaged us in a wonderful workshop about the Hindu festival Diwali.
Over the past few weeks, Year 2 have had a great time making the puppets which they had previously designed.
Today we all had the pleasure of watching, Indigo’s final assembly.
Thank you to everyone who supported Thursday’s Fundraising event. It was a huge success and lovely to see so many people attend.
Today we joined Lilac class in reminiscing about their time at Beulah Infant school.
Yesterday afternoon, Year 2 wowed us with their amazing Leavers’ Assembly.
This year, all classes have been learning about ‘money.’ They have all had the opportunity to take part in learning activities from ‘RedSTART’.
Ahoy there me hearties! Year 2 have had a wonderful day sailing the seven seas in their pirate ships.
As you may know, the children in year 2 have been learning all about the seaside.
We have had a bumper sporting week this week culminating on Thursday’s sports day.
All of the children in year one and year two had great fun on their sports days on Tuesday, even though the sun failed to arrive!
This week has been ‘Healthy Eating Week’ at Beulah. We launched the week with a special assembly where we learnt about the importance of ensuring that we exercise, have a good night’s sleep, have a positive attitude and ensure we take the time to relax our minds!
On Tuesday, year 2 children took the bus and tram to Morden Hall Park to become habitat explorers for the day.
The week before half term was science week. Year 2 became Habitat Heroes as they discovered how habitats have changed over time.
The Eco Friends walked to Heaver’s Meadow last half term to undertake a successful community litter pick.
