Years 5 and 6 at EPS become composers for the English National Opera!
A very big congratulations to Years 5 and 6 at Ecclesbourne who this year became composers for the English National Opera.

It was a sea of denim at Ecclesbourne today as we wore our best jeans in support of the charity Jeans for Genes.
Year 2 celebrated the end of a successful school year with a unique ‘splash party’ in the sunshine.
On Friday, we farewelled our wonderful Year 6 children with a lovely assembly in the open air.
Recently we have been celebrating our fantastic Year 6 with a series of events to make their last weeks at Ecclesbourne memorable.
Yesterday, Year 6 wowed the audience with their fantastic all-singing, all-dancing production of Bugsy Malone.
Our school councillors and house captains were commissioned with an extra special project today – designing two new salads that will feature on the school lunch menu!
Last week, Ecclesbourne’s budding athletes put their best feet forward for another great showing at Croydon Athletics.
A group of Year 6 children enjoyed a fantastic day out in London on a trip to the Victoria and Albert Museum last week.
This week, our reception children got up-close and personal with a range of creatures when Zoolab came in for a wild workshop.
Today, our Key Stage 1 and 2 children enjoyed a rousing musical extravaganza from Playground Proms.
All awoke refreshed this morning – this group will go down in history as the best first night’s sleep at camping, ever!
This morning, excitement was in the air as we waved goodbye to our Year 6 children who are off on school journey to Cuffley Camp.
Our Year 6 children have worked so hard this year and gave their all in the recent SATs assessments.
