On Friday, we held our annual Sports Day at Cypress Lower. In the morning, Nursery and Reception showed off their sporting skills including bean bag throwing, running and hopping!
In the afternoon, it was the turn of Year 1 and 2 who had a circuit of 12 different activities to complete. Once again, the children all rose to the occasion and showed amazing enthusiasm. The activities included a funny dressing up race, skipping and passing the ball. Even though some of these activities were tricky, we were all amazed by the level of resilience and perseverance that the children showed! Well done everyone!
After the children had finished their activities, we ended with some fantastic parent races and the infamous tug of war!
