We had a wonderful start to the morning at Cypress Lower as our Reception children gave their first Nativity performance to a packed hall of parents and carers. The children performed their roles brilliantly and sang the songs beautifully. They even added percussion and dances to really bring the songs alive.
It is so wonderful to see our Reception children supporting each other as a team and performing with such confidence and prosody. We are so proud of their progress and resilience. It is not easy to stand up in front of a hall filled with people and something that is still difficult for many adults. Well done to all our Reception children.

We would also like to thank the Reception team: Ms Cheeseman, Mrs Cottington, Ms Ung, Mrs Smalley-Nicholson, Mrs Kan, Mrs Luxford and Mrs Dorcu for all your hard work preparing the children for the performance.
