In our last week of the Summer 1 term, Red Class wowed parents and carers with a fantastic assembly that brought their favourite story, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, to life! The children shone as they performed the tale with confidence and enthusiasm, showing off their amazing storytelling and acting skills.
But that was just the beginning!
The children then went on to showcase some of the incredible work they’ve been doing throughout the year. Our talented musicians demonstrated their rhythm and timing as they performed on the drums. Our brilliant writers proudly shared their fabulous writing and confidently read their sentences aloud. Creative artists displayed their beautiful artwork, highlighting the different techniques they’ve been exploring. Our mini gymnasts wowed the audience with their expressive movements, and we were all amazed as our young scientists carried out a live experiment, showing their curiosity and understanding of the world around them.
To finish, Red Class gave a beautiful performance of “I Can See a Rainbow”, singing and signing the lyrics with care and confidence. It was a moving moment that showed just how much the children have learned and how well they work together.
It was a truly special celebration of everything Red Class has achieved this year. Well, done to all the children -you made us incredibly proud!
