Ecclesbourne began their netball season with a pair of stunning victories. Both teams thrilled the onlooking crowds with substantial wins away to Elmwood Junior School. Putting all the skills that they had been practising to full use, the A and B teams trounced the opposition with 14-0 and 5-1 wins respectively. EPS kept their opponents at bay by showing excellent team work including skilful passing formation, awareness of space, keeping their positions as well as successful shots at net.
Congratulations to everyone involved, particularly Mrs Roberts for leading, and we wish the squad best of luck for the remainder of the season. Go Ecclesbourne!
