Owl Babies in Nursery
Last week in Nursery we read the book ‘Owl Babies.’ The children really enjoyed the story and embraced the activities on offer.

?Harvest Assembly??? Harvest Festival is a celebration of the food grown on the land.
It was lovely to see so many parents and carers joining in with our Harvest Festival celebration assembly on Friday.
This week our Year 1 children walked to Upper Norwood Library.

This week, Year 3 visited the local church Holy Saviour to find out more about Christianity.
Year 3 children across the Academy have recently studied a poem by a famous author named Robert Louis Stevenson.
Today was a special day at Cypress Lower as we hosted our first class assembly in our school hall.
Year 6 have been studying artwork and poetry based around themes of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.
Last week, Year 6 were lucky enough to visit the West End to see Matilda the Musical.
Last Friday our Year 1 children walked to Thornton Heath Recreation Ground.
Music Relief Foundation was founded in 2011 by Magdalene Adenaike and is now based at Thornton Heath Leisure Centre.
