Just as we thought Spring had finally sprung, the chill, wind and even snow returned to remind us that Mother Nature had other ideas! The temperature has dropped considerably this week but we haven’t let this dampen our spirits!
In Little Cypress we have been working hard on Easter activities such as our transient art Easter cards, as well as printing and making our Easter baskets, in anticipation of the Easter Bunny hopefully paying us a visit next week! We have been using our mathematical skills in filling empty Easter eggs, matching numbers to eggs and sorting Easter pasta.
We have been listening to lots of Spring-themed stories such as Dora’s Eggs, Dora’s Chicks, Ten Little Ladybirds, The Teeny Weeny Tadpole and We’re Going on an Egg Hunt.
