It hardly seems possible that we have now reached the last day of the Spring Term! The weeks have flown by and the children in Rainbows and Nursery are all growing increasingly independent and doing incredible drawings, paintings, writing, counting, making patterns, creating models and so much more! What superstars you all are and it’s a delight to see you all blossoming in confidence and skills.
Makaton Sign of the Week
Each week we learn a new Makaton sign and this week we are learning the sign for fast. Click here to see how to sign it! We are building up quite a repertoire of Makaton knowledge which is a fantastic additional way to communicate when words are not always possible.
We have been very creative this week, making our Easter cards and doing lots of Easter crafts, including making chocolate krispie nests! We have enjoyed Forest School and playing with Seve in the Adventure Playground.
We have continued to take a great interest in the growth of our tadpoles and Rainbows have been making frogs to jump off their log!
We hope you have enjoyed seeing your child’s Coronation Mug design, which they should have brought home. Please order your mugs direct from the website here
For each mug ordered, the school will raise £2.00 to buy resources. The deadline is Friday, 21st April, so please get ordering for these unique souvenirs of a historical occasion.
We would like to wish you all a very Happy Easter and a relaxing holiday.
Roll on the Summer Term!
