Over the last two weeks, the children in Gold Class have been learning about the story of the Three little pigs. We have had great fun and engaged in many activities around the story. We made houses for the pigs, puppets of the characters in the story and we looked at the properties of wood, bricks, and straw. It has been lovely to see the children enjoying the story and watching them re-tell the story independently during their play.
In Maths we have been learning to compare quantities, talking about ‘more’, ‘less’ or the ‘same’ between two groups.
