Our Pegasus camping trip is fast approaching and the children are really excited for the adventure ahead!
When is it?
Wednesday 04th June until Friday 06th June 2025
What time we the coaches leave/arrive?
Wednesday 04th departure: 8:30am
Friday 06th return: 5:00pm (text updates will be sent on the day if this changes).
What do they need to pack?
Please refer to the equipment list given out previously which was also uploaded to the school website; check the weather beforehand and pack for all eventualities!

Electronic devices (including phones) must not be brought.
What will they eat?
All food and snacks are provided and dietary requirements will be met in accordance with the completed medical forms you have given to your child’s class teacher.
What is the accommodation?
Children will be sleeping in large, single-sex bell tents of between 8-12 children.
How will parents be kept updated?
The schools will send regular text messages and a website story of photos will be uploaded each day. In an emergency, staff will call you directly, or you can call the schools’ office staff who will relay any messages.
What if my child requires medication?
Put any medication in a sealed bag with your child’s name on, including instructions and dosage.
Key points from the presentation are as follows:
- All regular or occasional medicine must be sent in a labelled bag (zip-lock or sandwich bag etc) with administering instructions
- Children need their own sleeping bag and roll mat
- Re-usable water bottles must be brought
- no mobile phones, valuables or electronic devices
