On Friday, lots of us came to school dressed in spotty clothes and donated some money to go towards Red Nose Day.
Mrs Quick held an assembly and told us that the money we raised would go towards helping lots of people both in the UK and in other countries around the world. She told us that in some countries, they might not have a teacher in a school, so the money might go towards paying for that teacher. Or it might help a family who don’t have much money and need help with buying food or somewhere to live.
We loved dressing up in our spotty clothes. One child said ‘We can have fun dressing up and help other children at the same time! Thank you to all of the families that were able to take part and give to this worthy cause.
