This week in Nursery we read about The Gingerbread Man and wanted to make one of our own. We all had a turn at mixing, cutting and rolling the dough. We observed how the ingredients changed in the oven and we really loved the smell of our classroom after our gingerbread men were cooked. However, the very best part was eating them when we got home!
