Tissues, Tunes and Triumphs at Beulah
Today (11/7/25), Indigo class at Beulah infants held their legendary leavers’ assembly. It was a show to remember – complete with pop song, giggles and the occasional emotional meltdown (mostly from the parents). The Year 2 children sang their hearts out to chart-toppers, proving that while they may be small, their voices are anything but. Awards ranged from ‘Mostly likely to be President’ to ‘Hurricane Chaser’, keeping the audience in stitches and the winners glowing with pride. The children’s energy and performance were a shining reflection of the fantastic work by the teacher – who clearly deserve medals.
In a surprising twist, Mrs Butlers cried an actual diamond as this was her final leavers assembly as headteacher – a moment so magical even the glitter couldn’t compete. Parents dabbed at their eyes, children waved with excitement and staff contemplated a well-earned lie-down.
It was just one of those shows you needed to see. See you next year!
