BINF – Yellow Class Make A Brilliant Start To School…
Yellow class have enjoyed their first few weeks of reception and have settled in fantastically.
We are looking to appoint newly qualified and experienced teachers across The Pegasus Academy Trust.

This week all of the staff and children at Whitehorse Manor Infants school participated in raising money for the Charity Jeans for Genes.
Welcome to all the new children who have completed their first full week in reception.
Croydon is London’s Borough of Culture this year. To celebrate this our wonderful choir were invited to take part in the CR Talent Show, where many young people from Croydon’s schools were showcasing the musical opportunities available for them.
This week we took part in our annual sports day event!

This half term our topic is ‘Beastly Beasts!’ The children have used information books to learn how to identify different types of minibeasts.
This week we have been learning about The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
In Reception, we got up close and personal with some very creepy-crawly visitors from Zoolab as part of our ‘Beastly Beasts’ topic.
All of the children in our nursery and reception classes had wonderful sports days.
In reception this week, we had a very exciting visit from some interesting minibeasts.
This week in Reception we were fortunate enough to have a very exciting visit from ‘Zoo Lab’!
On Monday five eggs arrived at Atwood’s Reception classes. The children were not told about what was in the egg, but after researching animals that do lay eggs, the children made their prediction of what they thought would hatch out.
The sun came out for our walk, ride or scoot to school week.
