This week, we had a visit from the Palace for Life Foundation. The workshop they delivered to year 5 focused on gender sterotyping.
The children were asked lots of questions about jobs and whether they thought they were jobs for men, women or for both genders. The session provoked thoughtful discussions, challenged gender steroyping and promoted gender equality.
