It is poetry week and to celebrate year 3 have been looking at the poem ‘From a Railway Carriage’ by Robert Louis Stevenson.
First, we analysed the words in the poem and looked for rhyming patterns. We then practised reading the poem aloud by changing our tone of voice, adding actions and sound effects before finally performing our poems to the class.
