CYPUPPER: YEAR 3: A WEEK TO REMEMBER

This week the children have been busy making their dinosaur sculptures, and they looked incredible! For our inspiration, we explored and researched the work of Waterhouse Hawkins. Then, the children focused on a single dinosaur and they learnt how to mould and shape the clay to form the dinosaur’s body.

As part of our remembrance service on the 11th each class created a wreath. The children wrote a sincere message to soldiers who served in the First World War on a poppy. We participated in a remembrance ceremony with the school where we laid our wreaths and observed a 2-minute silence.

Have a look at the photos from our week below.

Have a lovely weekend,
The Year 3 Team.
