Year 3 have been inspired by the art of both Frida Kahlo’s to create our self-portraits and Vincent van Gogh’s impressionist style to create beautiful seascapes as a backdrop to our poems. This week also saw the return of our weekly forest school every Monday with Mrs Spencer. The children worked as a team in the woodland environment to complete challenges together. Take a look at our pictures for an idea of what we’ve been up to. Please remember that as the weather is very cold and wet for forest school, that children must be prepared to join in whatever the weather, with warm coats and a change of wellies or shoes.
