At Whitehorse Manor Infant School we have been celebrating Black History Month. After listening and learning about different prominent figures in our assemblies, we wanted to find out more about some of the people we had heard about. We decided to share what we had learnt and created posters with facts and pictures of famous black people from the past and present. The posters recognised the hard work of people such as Mae Jemison, Mary Seacole, Stormzy and Marcus Rashford.
