Our YR1 classes had a fabulous time this week on their Moon immersion day. After blasting off from Beulah Space Centre, children loved exploring messy play textures linked to the moon surface. They had a picnic on the moon and yes… There was some sighting of an alien. How wonderful it is that our Year 1 children managed to communicate with them and ask them some pertinent questions! A great experience before our visit to the science museum!
