We have been celebrating Friendship Week and thinking about all the ways we can be good friends.
The children in Violet class treated their parents and KS1 to an amazing assembly this week.
This week in nursery we have been learning about rainbow colours.
Year 2 had a wonderful time visiting Hampton Court Palace. Having been studying the Tudors and Henry VIII since September, this was a fantastic opportunity to bring their learning to life.
Our year 1 classes enjoyed a day packed with activities at the Science Museum last week.
In our assembly yesterday, we remembered all those affected by war, including the families of some of our staff and children.
At WHJUN, Year 4 spent an extraordinary day on Friday experiencing ancient Roman life.
This week the children harvested the last of the year’s school crops.
This week Reception have been reading the story ‘Naughty Bus’ by Jan and Jerry Oke.
This week the children have been busy making their dinosaur sculptures, and they looked incredible!
This week we have been thinking about Armistice Day and Remembrance.
This week we have been introduced to a new learning power – interdependence.
Welcome to the Autumn 2 half term which is already jam packed with lots of exciting learning and events for our children and families.
As part of our thematic learning, Year 3 at Whitehorse and Brigstock visited Crystal Palace Park to view where the Great Exhibition once took place.
