BINF- Book Week Final Fun and Suprise!
Dress Up Day and Author email Friday was the final Day of the Book Week’ extravaganza at Beulah Infants and Nursery School – dress up day had arrived!
For those parents who will be applying for a reception place for their child for September 2026 we have arranged a series of visits so that they can look around the schools with senior staff.
If you wish to view a school please see here for the available dates. Obviously we have to limit numbers so only parents/carers who have booked will be able to attend.

On Monday 3rd March, Brigstock opened its doors to children and staff dressed up in their favourite book character or in their favourite pyjamas and onesies, to celebrate ‘World Book Day’.
The Year 6 children will be undertaking their Key Stage Two SATs in just a few months, and we are all excited (on some level!)
Museum Day was a huge success! The children’s hard work and progress really stood out to the crowds of visiting family members.
Wow! what a sight for the eyes. Brigstock’s museum looked spectacular!
Early this morning, before the crowds appeared, we took a walk around our Beulah Museum.
Wow! A wonderful transformation took place in Chestnut classroom on Thursday evening.
What a busy week Beulah have had! Our children have all been ‘SUPER STARS’ in every Christmas performance (Look out for the website stories for each year group) and every show was packed out with our families coming watch their children perform.
Today, we celebrated our Harvest Assembly with many of our parents.
At the end of last year, Whitehorse Manor-Brigstock trialled the ‘The Powers of Positivity’ (TPOP) wellbeing Programme in Year 2 with Miss Gordon and Miss McKenzie.
On Tuesday, the sun was shining and Year 1 were all set for their walk to Trumble Gardens.
A big thank you to everyone who donated cakes and money to our Macmillan Coffee morning.
On Friday 20th September, Brigstock celebrated Jeans for Genes Day. Everyone (Including staff) came dressed to school in as much denim as possible.
This week, our teachers have delivered parent Curriculum Workshops for all year groups.
This half term our focus author is Anthony Browne. Anthony has won many awards for his work and is a past Children’s Laureate.
