This week has been all about celebrations. On Wednesday, we celebrated the end of a wonderful year. Parents were invited in to watch our graduation ceremony. We sang many songs, including you’ve got a friend in me and reach for the stars, to celebrate the children’s achievements and highlight their many talents. The children were then presented with a scroll and their graduation hat. Parents stayed for some refreshments and activities. It was a great morning, thank you for coming!
On Friday, we had a whole class party. We played games, had a mini disco and enjoyed some party food!
All week, we have been talking and preparing for transition into next year. On monday, the children met their new Reception/Nursery teacher. On Thursday, we made a list of questions we want to know about Reception and on Friday, some Reception children came and answered them for us. Its safe to say, the children will have a fantastic time in reception/nursery next year and will be in wonderful hands!
Thank you Nursery for an amazing year – I have laughed every single day. You are all superstars and I will miss you all. Keep being fabulous!!
