Our Year 1 adventurers had a fantastic summer term school trip to the Horniman Museum, bringing our “Africa” topic to life! The children were fascinated to see real African instruments, incredible artefacts, and animals that connected perfectly with our learning. The excitement continued outside as we visited the friendly animals at the museum farm and let off some steam on the brand new wooden playground. It was a beautifully hot, sunny day, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed staying cool with plenty of refreshing water breaks. It was an unforgettable day of hands on learning and sunshine!
