Over the past two weeks Reception have immersed their selves in the book ‘Granny went to market’. Granny travels all over the world collecting special things from different countries. We learned about all the countries she travelled to and about some of the special things she bought such as boomerangs from Australia. Each class created the different objects which will then be made into a year group display. When looking at the different places we carefully thought about the similarities and differences between the country and where we live. What country would you like to go to and what would you collect there?
