I can’t believe how quickly this half term has gone. The Reception children in Willow class have settled so well and are fully into the swing of their new routines.
I pop in everyday to say hello and the children are always busily working and having a thoroughly enjoyable time with Ms Khajenouri and Miss Kimbra. I’m always met with beaming smiles and children eager to show me what they are doing. I particularly like the self portraits that each child painted. Well done!
Phonics and Reading Practice is well underway and the children are enjoying learning how to read. It is great to be able to work with a group and watch their progress.
On Friday, Willow Class invited me to come and watch their performance of ‘Dingle Dangle Scarecrow’ in celebration of Harvest. It was brilliant!
I am looking forward to seeing all of their hard work continue into the next half term.
