Year 3 have been enjoying a number of immersive lessons learning about the Victorians in the last few weeks. In Literacy, we have been learning how to write instructions which ended in creating our own sandwiches. We were able to enjoy these as part of a Victorian afternoon tea with scones, Victoria sponge cake and crumpets all washed down with cups of tea. Yummy!
We also used art straws to create a new building to replace the Crystal Palace. Some very interesting designs were made.
