This week reception have been reading the story ‘Bog Baby’ by the author Jeanne Willis.
It’s a long day (and night) but I have to thank Mrs Ehiemua, Mrs Chang, Miss Williams and Mrs Fitz-Gerald (and parent helpers) for getting the Whitehorse Junior Choir to and from the O2 for Young Voices 2024.
Kung Hei Fat Choy! Little Cypress has been a sea of red and gold this week as we continue to learn about and celebrate Chinese New Year.
We began the day at Cypress Lower today with a wonderful assembly from Blue Class.
The snow is melting, flowers are blooming, and the days are getting warmer.
Before Christmas, we set the children a challenge to photograph themselves reading a wintery tale in their winter clothes.
On Tuesday, Year 1 had a brilliant morning discovering new and exciting facts about toys from the past.
It was a pleasure watching 5P Jutland Class share their learning in an assembly about The Rainforest today.
There has been some great learning at Atwood this week. The children in Early Years have been exploring Monsters and learning about the Three Little Pigs.
This week at Cypress, we have seen so many children working hard and making big steps in their learning.
For the past two weeks we have immersed ourselves in the story of ‘The Gruffalo’ by Julia Donaldson.
Chinese New Year It’s been a colourful and exciting week in Little Cypress!
There has been a lot of creative and physical development occurring in the early years this week.
It has been a very exciting first two weeks of the Spring term in Gold class.
