It’s that time of year again when sleigh bells can be heard just around the corner. In our Early Years, the children were participating in the joys of Christmas crafting. The children were put into mixed groups with children from Reception and Nursery. These groups moved from one activity to the next throughout the day, making six things in total.
In Nursery, Christmas biscuits were being decorated as well as wooden baubles. In Red class, reindeer crafts were assembled and trees were being decorated. In Yellow class, Father Christmas was constructed and snowman Christmas cards were being made.
What a fun day we all had. The children particularly enjoyed eating their biscuits at the end! Thank you to all of the parent volunteers who helped make it happen. And well done to the children who engaged so positively in a wide range of skills throughout the day.
